Gloria Medina
My first job in a professional environment was at the Brazos County Courthouse at the age of 18. Aside the various county offices, my long-term position was at the Brazos County Tax Office where I worked in motor vehicle registration, property taxes and the appraisal district for 12 years. Fast forward to late 90’s, I worked as Mortgage Loan Processor for 2 ½ years then moved into the corporate world as an Administrator for 6 ½ years. I realized my love of real estate together with my passion to serve people were my calling so I followed my heart and was licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 2007.
I am a native of the Brazos Valley and I come from a large family with deep roots. I am the oldest of ten siblings and am very family oriented. My husband Rudy and I have 7 children, 18 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren that we love very much.
I have strong Christian beliefs that dictate how I conduct myself, my family and my Real Estate business. I have built healthy relationships with my clients and regard them as family. I proudly serve on Women’s Council of Realtors® on the local and state level where I can expand my personal and professional growth with other Real Estate Professionals nationwide. In 2021, I was honored to be selected the B/CS Regional Association Realtor®of the Year and I continue to serve on our local Association Commitees. I specialize in residential sales, new construction and working with first-time homebuyers. I speak, read and write in Spanish and will be delighted to assist you in your home-buying or home-selling needs. I am a phone call away.
