  Marilyn is a second generation Italian American born and raised in the Brazos Valley. Marilyn has degrees in music, education, and counseling. Marilyn believes the relationship between agent and client is most important. Marilyn chose to become a realtor in order to facilitate the challenging business transaction and process in purchasing or selling real property. She believes her success has been the result of many factors, especially the following:

  - Knowledge of Market Area
  - Maintenance of client contact
  - Ability to understand and convey essence of contracts
  - Strong negotiating skills

  Marilyn has two wonderful children and enjoys playing tennis, teaching piano, attending Aggie sporting events, polishing her jazz improvisational skills, and reading historical fiction. Marilyn volunteers with the Salvation Army Women Auxiliary and is an alum of Delta Zeta sorority. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, Houston Association of Realtors, and the local B-CS Regional Association of Realtors.
